All contracts, demo requests, and correspondence arising from use of this website are with FLX Marketing Ai LLC, unless otherwise expressly stated.

1. Eligibility

Business workflow integration and lead-response tools

These services are intended for business use only. By using Voice Ai Helper™, you agree not to misuse or modify any feature for unlawful purposes or for activities that violate carrier or A2P compliance regulations.

3. SMS Messaging & Communication Terms (A2P & TCPA Compliance)

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive communications from Voice Ai Helper™, which may include:

Demo confirmations and reminders

Service or support updates

Promotional or marketing messages (if separately consented)

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

Opt-Out Instructions:

Text STOP to unsubscribe from SMS communications at any time.

Text HELP or contact [email protected] for assistance.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or service enrollment.

Voice Ai Helper™ does not sell or share your mobile number or communication data with third parties, except as necessary to deliver messages via approved communication providers.

TCPA Consent:
By submitting your phone number, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages, including those made using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice, from Voice Ai Helper™ and its affiliates, at the number provided. You understand that this consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Voice Ai Helper™ complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and A2P 10DLC regulations, ensuring that all communications follow carrier guidelines and provide opt-out options. Unauthorized use or sending of noncompliant messages may result in suspension or termination of service.

4. Payments and Fees

By enrolling in paid services, you authorize Voice Ai Helper™ (FLX Marketing Ai LLC) to charge your chosen payment method for the agreed-upon amount.
All charges are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Subscription fees or service retainers may renew automatically in accordance with your plan terms.

5. Refund Policy

All demo requests, setup fees, and communication services are non-refundable once activated or delivered.
Service cancellations must comply with any active agreement or subscription policy. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected] within five (5) business days for review.

6. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All websites, landing pages, funnel pages, software, artificial intelligence assistants (“Voice Ai Helpers”), automations, or other digital assets developed, designed, or provided by the Company remain the exclusive property of Voice Ai Helper™ and/or FLX Marketing Ai LLC.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use these assets during the active term of their subscription or service. No ownership, copyright, or proprietary rights are transferred to the Client at any time.

7. Rental-Based Licensing Model

All website designs, Voice Ai systems, and related digital assets are provided on a rental basis only. These are not purchased items and must not be represented as owned or proprietary to the Client.

Upon cancellation or termination of service, all access to rented assets, including websites, funnels, AI assistants, and automations, will be revoked. The Client retains full rights and access only to their own customer data, leads, and communication history collected during their active term.

8. Client-Owned Data

All contact information, call logs, transcripts, and customer data generated through the Client’s account remain the property of the Client.
Upon cancellation, the Company will provide a reasonable opportunity for the Client to export this data before the account is deactivated.
A service fee may apply for data preparation, export, or delivery depending on the volume or format requested.

9. Restrictions

Clients may not copy, duplicate, resell, sublicense, or recreate any portion of the Company’s proprietary systems, website layouts, AI assistants, or automation workflows. Any attempt to do so constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action.

10. Cancellations and Termination

A minimum sixty (60) day written notice is required to cancel any active subscription or service. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and confirmed by the Company.

Upon cancellation, all software access, hosting, and Voice Ai Helper™ services will end at the close of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated in writing.

All websites, funnels, AI assistants, and automations will be deactivated and remain the sole property of the Company.

Any domains purchased or registered by Voice Ai Helper™ or FLX Marketing Ai LLC remain the property of the Company. These domains may be offered for purchase to the Client only if available and at the sole discretion of Voice Ai Helper™ or FLX Marketing Ai LLC.

11. Limitation of Liability

Voice Ai Helper™, FLX Marketing Ai LLC, its employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Errors, delays, or interruptions in communication

Damages arising from misuse or noncompliance with carrier rules

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

12. Service Modification and Termination

Voice Ai Helper™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service, feature, or content at any time without prior notice. Access may also be restricted if fraudulent, abusive, or noncompliant activity is detected.

13. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on the Company’s official website or payment portal. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
