All charges are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Subscription fees or service retainers may renew automatically if applicable, in accordance with your plan terms.

5. Refund Policy

All demo requests and communication services are non-refundable once activated or delivered.

6. Limitation of Liability

Voice Ai Helper™, FLX Marketing Ai LLC, its employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service within the 30 days preceding the claim.
